1. Planning
We plan projects of all types for our customers, we work in conformance to standards in a cost-conscious and assembly-friendly way. Whether it is a standard application or individual special solution, complex re-fitting of old systems or repairs, our team of engineers and technicians will develop the optimum solution for your crane systems.

2. Production & Quality Assurance
Our short paths between planning and manufacture are important to us and allow us to complete even complex special solutions quickly and perfectly. Our team will manufacture your optimal crane solution in our modern factory. Our extensive know-how in the field of welding technology is also important. Our factory welds according to EN 1090 and every welder working on your crane is has regularly updated welding tests. We can also test our welded seams in house with PT- or ultrasound tests carried out by our welding experts.
We weld your box girders with our longitudinal welding system with a quick and reliable process.
In our coating shop or our powder coating system, the crane gantries and tracks are given a high-quality industrial standard coating. Special colours are also possible on request.
3. Assembly
Our prompt delivery is a reliable basis for the implementation of your solution. The manufactured systems are assembled and tested completely on site by fitters and technicians. Our own factory electricians also ensure the fault-free function of your crane system. We are also specially trained for specific cases. On request, we will carry out a load test of your system before fitting.
Our scope of delivery includes an extensive information package with scale plans including Electrics, Operating instructions and bespoke, extensive documentation. You also, of course, receive a precise introduction on operating your individually configured system from our technicians.
Straight after fitting, an independent crane expert appointed by us or an in-house expert will once again test the function and safety of the whole crane system. This handover follows precise regulations. Your system can then be used immediately.
We cover the whole range of hall crane technology. We offer you both Integration of crane systems in new-build halls , and also a subsequent
comprehensive installation in existing halls, or repairs to your cranes. We would be pleased to carry out re-fit of old systems, for example conversion from cable control to radio.
Our employees alsocarry out accident prevention regulations tests for you at short notice and cost-effectively. We also offer you individual service contracts an. We deliver replacement parts for your systems quickly and without complications. Our component stock is continuously being extended due to our specialisation in crane construction.
