PROSYSTEM® STAHL small crane system
The PROSYSTEM® small crane system is based on three optimal steel profiles: The profiles 125, 200 and 260 cover a load range up to 2,000 kg.

- All parts of the system are connected by bolted joints. This means the crane system can be easily fitted or re-positioned, e.g. in the event of conversion of the manufacturing hall
- the patented bogie is nearly silent and has a roll resistance of only approx. 1 % of the load being moved. The PROSYSTEM® small crane system allows both ergonomic and high-quality working.
- Tapered connections to the profiles 200 and 260 simplify the joining of the profiles and speed up the fitting. They also promote soft transfers of the bogies at all permitted loads.
PROSYSTEM ONE- AND TWO GIRDER CRANE

SINGLE GIRDER CRANE

PROSYSTEM® One- and two-girder cranes can either be fitted to the ceiling construction or on free-standing support frames on the hall floor.
High-set construction for low headroom
The innovative solution for very low headrooms for one- and two-girder cranes
This version is designed for low rooms, where standard constructions would not achieve sufficient lift height. The lift height of the high-set construction is maximised as its bridge profiles are set at the same height as the track profiles. Small crane systems can be fitted in high-set construction both to the ceiling construction and on free-standing support frames.
SINGLE-RAIL TRACK AND SPECIAL PARTS
Single-rail track
The PROSYSTEM® single-rail track is a versatile solution for lifting and conveying work up to 1500 kg.
The single rail track can be easily modified due to its standard connections and fixings.
Standardised special parts are available for PROSYSTEM® small crane systems. This allows challenging lifting tasks to be overcome.
Curves
PROSYSTEM® Single-rail tracks with a capacity of up to 1250 kg can be equipped with curves. Curves of 15, 30 or 45 degrees can be freely combined with each other using standard connections. The curved parts are fitted to the ceiling construction using standard fixings.
- PROSYSTEM® Single-rail tracks with only one curve can be equipped with ribbon-cable power supply.
- Single-rail tracks with more than one curve receive their power supply via a bus bar.
Points
- can be used with single-rail tracks of profile type 200, to link two crane systems with each other
- capacity of up to 1250 kg
- Standard design is manually controlled. Pneumatic and electronically controlled points can also be offered.
- Recommended electricity feed via bus bars
- Points are supplied pre-manufactured and can be fitted to the ceiling construction using standard fixtures
Turntable
- can be used with single-rail tracks of profile type 200
- Capacity of up to 1250 kg
- Standard design is pneumatically controlled. Electrically controlled points can be offered
- Recommended electricity feed is via bus bars
- Turntables are supplied pre-manufactured and can be fitted to the ceiling construction using standard fixings
Telescopic crane
- To increase the working radius of PROSYSTEM single-girder cranes of profile type 200
- Capacity up to 250 kg
- max. overhang from the end of the bridge is 1000 mm
Rail stop
- For transferring the load from a PROSYSTEM bridge crane system to a single-rail track
- Rail stops are electronically controlled and position themselves automatically
- Recommended electricity feed is via bus bars
Lift and lower station
- Can be used in fitting and loading/unloading a PROSYSTEM crane system
- Capacity of up to 1250 kg
- Available in various lengths and with various lift heights
LIFTING GEAR
The PROSYSTEM® can be equipped with a great variety of lifting gears. The most common are electric chain hoists. Alternatively, the system can be equipped with manual, compressed air or vacuum-driven lifting gear.
