Start for 7 trainees
Training is an important issue in the Haslinger Group of Companies in Aldersbach/Uttigkofen. The company employs a total of 19 apprentices, of whom seven were added in the training year that has just begun.
The first working day began for the 6 Metal workers and aoffice administrator immediately with an apprentice's quiz, in which questions about the various manufacturing areas had to be answered. In this, the apprentices were introduced to the depth of manufacture in the Haslinger Group of Companies and the varied areas of activity ranging from welding, turning, milling, bevelling, drilling and screwing, up to laser cutting and powder coating.
For the start of the new training year, anew, modern trainee's room with 13 workstations was set up, in which the trainees learn the basics of the trade.
After the first week at work though, a day for relaxation was in order. The youngsters soon got to know each other better while climbing and karting on the trainee's day out to the Voglsam adventure park
